Linda Hudson Florida Opportunity Scholarship

This fund was established in 2013 by Linda Hudson to support students at the University of Florida in the Florida Opportunty Scholars Program.

Linda earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Florida in 1972. She was one of only two female engineering graduates in her year. Linda received an honorary doctorate degree in engineering from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2011. In 2014, Linda retired as president and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc., the second largest global defense and security company in the world.
