Dr. John E. Ingram Endowment for Archives and Manuscripts
John Ingram established this fund in 2011 to support the processing of archival and manuscript collections at the University of Florida Libraries.
John received degrees in Russian language and literature and Slavic linguistics. He obtained his bachelor’s degree and his master’s degree from Fordham University and earned his Ph.D. from Brown University.
John is a retired University Library Senior Associate Director and former president of the Library Leadership Board of Directors at the University of Florida. He was awarded the President’s medallion in 2010 in addition to the prestigious emeritus status by the university.
