Fund Purpose
GA: Support Florida Opportunity Scholarships; if the FOS program ceases to exist at UF, then the income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation Florida students from low income families.

This fund was established in 2011 by Kishore Dass to support scholarships through the Florida Opportunity Scholars Program at the University of Florida in memory of his parents, Bishan and Anjana.
Kishore earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a medical degree from the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. He is also an alumnus of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he was instrumental in the development of stereotactic radiosurger
