Andrew Parker Memorial Scholarship

This fund was established in 2010 by Earl and Christy Powell, Wayne and Colette Powell and David Parker in memory of Andrew Parker. The scholarship is awarded to deserving students from Miami’s Palmetto High School who will attend the University of Florida.

Andrew was a student at Palmetto High School, where he played varsity football for three years. He passed away in 2010. Andrew was scheduled to start classes as a freshman at the University of Florida in January of 201
