Fund Purpose
GA: support a scholarship, to be awarded annually, to a third-year law student who exemplifies leadership, integrity, character and professionalism through active participation and service in student organizations, community activities, and/or the legal community. The student must exemplify the principle of integrity and be in good academic standing.

This fund was established in 2009 by Scott G. and Lisa V. Hawkins. Scott Hawkins earned a juris doctor from the University of Florida in 1983 and is the Vice-Chair at Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A. He practices commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property, trade secret disputes, covenants not to compete and real estate litigation. Lisa Hawkins earned a Master of Education from the University of Florida in 1984.
