Fluor Corporation Endowment Fund
GA: support teaching and research in the Fluor Program for Construction Safety at the Rinker School of Building Construction; may be used for, but not limited to, fellowships to graduate students, supporting the faculty member who serves as the director of the Program and academic travel expenses.
This fund was established in 2009 by Fluor Corporation to support teaching and research in the Fluor Program for Construction Safety at the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction. It provides fellowships to graduate students, supports the director of the Program, and provides academic travel expenses.
The mission of the Fluor Program for Construction Safety is to promote and improve construction technology and educational opportunity. It supports research, development and implementation of leading edge technology, state of the art education, consulting programs and products designed to improve safety and health in the construction industry. The goal is to develop a partnership which enhances construction productivity, quality of work and safety services within the construction and educational community.
