support undergraduate or graduate student(s) majoring in the Food and Resource Economics department within IFAS. Selection of student(s) shall be based on financial need first and academic achievement second. Preference in the selection of the student(s) to receive this scholarship shall be given to students who have graduated from a Florida high school with an agricultural background. The student(s) should have a sincere desire to pursue a career related to agriculture in the state of Florida.
