Norman and Irma Braman Chair in Holocaust Studies
Norman and Irma Braman established this fund in 2008 to support a chair in Jewish Studies. The Bramans have a strong commitment to supporting Holocaust studies on a collegiate level and directed their resources to the University of Florida because of their high opinion of the Center for Jewish Studies. Their grandson, Alex Shack, is a graduate of UF. Norman is a previous owner of the Philadelphia Eagles and is currently the owner and CEO of Braman Management.
