William W. and Eloise D. Gay Endowment Fund

Willaim W. Gay

This fund was established by the W.W. and Eloise D. Gay Foundation in 2007 to support research and education in gene therapy.

William W. Gay was born on October 15, 1926 in West Palm Beach, FL. He earned a bachelor’s degree in education in 1949 from UF. In 1962, William founded W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, which provides a wide variety of commercial, industrial and engineering contracting services.

Eloise was born in 1925. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from UF in 1950.
