Health Leaders Scholarship Fund

Michael and Barbara Bice established this fund in 2007. Michael graduated with a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Birmingham in 1968 and a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Michigan in 1970. Michael and Barbara have two children, Laura and Mark.
