This fund was established in 2007 through several donors in honor of Graig D. Shaak, former Associate Director of the Florida Museum of Natural History, to support professional development and staff enrichment activities for museum personnel, provides funding for awards, honors and recognition, and also supports special museum events, receptions, and programs. Graig retired in 2007 after 35 years at the Florida Museum of Natural History.
