Maurice C. and Frances A. Holmes Endowed Scholarship Fund

This fund was established in 2007 by the estate of Frances A. Holmes to provide graduate fellowships or undergraduate scholarships for a senior status student currently enrolled in or, in the case of a senior student, accepted for admissions in the the graduate program of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Maurice earned a doctoral degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and later began teaching at the University of Miami.
