Harriet Holmes Raffo Memorial Endowment

This fund was established in 2007 by Thomas G. Raffo, in memory of his late wife, Harriet Holmes Raffo, to support the Shands transplant housing programs for bone marrow patients and their families.

A descendent of early Florida settlers, Harriet was born June 4, 1943. She graduated from Rogers High School in Newport, RI, in 1961 and Florida State University in 1965. Harriet and her husband, Thomas, had four children: Thomas, Madelaine, Darrell and John-Edward. Harriet passed away January 9, 2007.
