Jerry Rumsey Endowed Scholarship

This fund was established in 2006 by Jeffrey S. and Jennifer E. Schiller in memory of Jennifer’s brother, Jerry B. Rumsey.

Rumsey was born December 19, 1968 in Orlando, FL. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Advertising in 1991 and his juris doctor in Law in 2001 from the University of Florida. Rumsey passed away January 16, 2002 from colon cancer while attending the UF Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

He and his wife, Suzanne, had one son, Gibson and two step sons, George and Nicholas Kesse
