This fund was established in 2007 through the Estate of Fred C. Flipse to support activities in the Master of Arts: International Business (MAIB) and Master of Science: Management (MSM) programs. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1934 before becoming a junior executive at General Motors Acceptance Corporation. Fred passed away in 1997. He and Helen Donn Flipse, his wife of 55 years, had three children Carol, Donn and Wayne.
