This fund was established in 2006 by Health Solutions, Inc. Established in 1991 to support scholarship in College of Health and Human Performance, Department of Health Education and Behavior with preference for a graduate or Ph.D. student. Health Solutions is a national wellness program management firm specializing in evidence-based health risk identification and health improvement programs for private & public employers, health plans, and health care providers.
Through its regional offices, Health Solutions successfully and affordably serves medium and large clients throughout the country. It integrates services with existing health plans, disease management programs and community health initiatives to ensure demonstrated health outcomes and return on investment.
Health Solutions’ principals have played key roles in programs that were honored as the #1 worksite health promotion program in the United States a remarkable four times in seven years. Awards won by Health Solutions principals include recognition such as the Association for Worksite Health Promotion (AWHP) Business & Industry Award, the Stanford Health Project’s C. Health Solutions is owned by two University of Florida graduates and brothers, Kevin and William Clair, who both earned a master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Medicine in 198
