Matthew “Matt” Remsen
The Remsen family, Matt’s friends, and Moss and Associates established this scholarship fund in loving memory of Matthew Remsen to support students in the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction. Matthew was born in Las Vegas, NV in 1971 and moved to Florida with his family in 1985. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida in 1994. His previous work experience included positions with Centex Rooney Construction in Florida and Texas. Matthew was a project manager for Moss and Associates office in Ocala at the time he passed away in 2005 as the result of a motorcycle accident in Silver Springs, FL.
