Hugh P. Hall, Jr. created this endowement in 1999 to honor his mother, Nadia Venable Hall. Nadia was born April 27, 1889. She dedicated 35 years to public service; 12 years as a public school teacher in Alachua and Sumter Counties and 23 years as postmaster in Center Hill. Nadia passed away in February, 197
