Progress Energy-UF Water Institute Endowment

This fund was established by Progress Energy in 2006 for the purpose of supporting interdisciplinary faculty research, education and public outreach programs undertaken by the University of Florida Water Institute, in order to catalyze the creation and adoption of improved methodologies of water management and policy development based upon strong research in water-related sciences, engineering, management and policy.  Progress Energy merged with Duke Energy in 2012.
