McCurdy Perinatal Endowed Research Fund
Charles M. McCurdy
This fund was established by Judith McCurdy Altenhoff in memory of her husband, Charles M. McCurdy, in 2006 to support perinatal research toward finding a better diagnosis and treatment for infectious diseases, by supplementing the tools, assistance and other requirements of leading edge researchers. This fund also honors the first father/son (1961/1984) graduates of the University of Florida Medical School, forever linking the McCurdy name with the University of Florida’s College of Medicine.
Dr. Charles McCurdy, a Florida native, earned his BS in chemistry from the University of Florida in 1957.
