Richard E. Daugherty II and Kim E. Daugherty established this fund in 2005. Richard earned his bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida in 1981 and became the president of TDI, Trovillion & Daugherty, Inc., a construction company. Kim earned an associates degree in Sociology from UF in 1980. The couple have three children, Drew, Elizabeth and Madiso
