Fund Purpose
GA: support graduate students on PhD program in Department of Pharmaceutics; recipients must be US citizens with the desire to pursue a research career in industry, academia or government; Dr. Spiegel will be appointed as a non-voting member of the selection committee of the fund and be kept informed of the process and receive notification before any public announcements are made.

Allen Spiegel earned his doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Florida in 1957 and retired as senior director of international patents operations from Pfizer, Inc., where he worked for 43 years. He has also been a member of the College of Pharmacy’s National Advisory Board since 2000.
