Fund Purpose
GA: support graduate fellowships in Dept of Industrial and Systems Engineering; applicants should be MS candidates with a 3.5 GPA or better; renewable on an annual basis; pref to US citizens and those entitled to reside permanently in the US, is possible.

Richard received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in 1963. He was a professor in Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Florida from 1963-1970 and served as a Visiting Professor in the department from 1996-200
