Florida Constitutional Law Book Award Endowment by Alex Sink and Bob Bolt in honor of Bill McBride

Alex Sink and Bob Bolt established this endowment in 2005 to honor Bill McBride and to support the Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in 1967 and his juris doctor degree in 1975 from the University of Florida. He was a partner in the firm of Barnett, Bolt, Kirkwood, Long and McBride. He and Bob Bolt were longtime friends, fraternity brothers and law partners. Bill passed away in 2012. Bill is survived by his wife, Alex Sink and their two children, William A. McBride and Cheryle A. McBride.
