This fund was established by the University of Florida’s National Alumni/Association of Hispanic Alumni in 2005. Colonel Glenn Farris served as Foreign Student Advisor at UF from 1963 to 1973, following a distinguished military career. During the 1960s Colonel Farris helped hundreds of recently exiled Cubans to gain admission to UF and successfully pursue degree
