Spendable income shall support undergraduate scholarships to be awarded on the basis of academic merit, service to the University and its students as well as to others, and love of learning.

This fund was created in 1985 in memory of Josephine A. West for her dedication to the University of Florida. She was an invaluable resource to the Division of Student Affairs.
