John Schryber
This endowment was established in 2004 by John W. Schryber to support graduate assistants enrolled in the joint degree programs leading to either a juris doctor and master’s degrees in Mass Communication or a juris doctor and doctorate of philosophy in Mass Communication from the College of Journalism and Communications. Schryber earned his bachelor’s degree in broadcasting from the University of Florida in 1979. He graduated magna cum laude from the New York University School of Law and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1984 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1994.
