Erna Masseria established this fund through her estate in 1999 in memory of her husband, Bernard Masseria. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Erna moved to St. Petersburg, FL in 1982, where she devoted 30 years as a secretary for New York Bell Telephone. She passed away in October 2003 at the age of 8
