Tedder Family Endowed Humanities Research Fund
GA: Support teaching, research and academic programs in the humanities at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, in the Dean's discretion, including but not limited to, undergraduate and graduate support, faculty support, travel and research grants. (See GA for details)
This fund was established in 2004 by Warren L. and Susan M. Tedder, Jr., in honor of their children for the purpose of supporting research in the humanities in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Warren earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Advanced Accounting from the University of Florida in 1961 and 1966 respectively. Warren takes special interest in golf and watching Gator sports.
Susan is also a graduate of UF, earning her bachelor’s degree in 1963 and her master’s degree in 1966, both in bacteriology.
Warren and Susan have three children, Mary Laura Tedder-Sabiston, Warren Tyson Tedder and Michael Thomas Tedder. Mary Laura has a BSN degree from UF and Tyson has both BA and BS degrees from UF. Michael has a BJ degree from the University of Missouri and an MJ Degree from New York University.
