William F. Parma Fund for Excellence
Unrestricted support of the greatest needs of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the discretion of the dean.
This fund was established in 2004 from the estate of William F. Parma to provide unrestricted support of the greatest needs of the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine. The UF College of Veterinary Medicine and Miami resident Bill Parma became partners when the former aviation businessman decided he wanted to contribute financially to an organization that helps animals. An avowed Gator fan and animal lover, Parma passed away on January 5, 2004 at the age of 85.
