This fund was established by the Directors of the Gainesville based SantaFe HealthCare, Inc. in 2001 for the purpose of supporting teaching, research and programs in the SantaFe HealthCare Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at the McKnight Brain Institute to encourage Alzheimer’s research aimed at prevention, early diagnosis, treatment and cure.
