Margaret A. Ross Research Professorship
Estate: Support a professorship in area of research pertaining to new materials; including the writing of research papers and using students to assist in such research.
The late Margaret A. Ross of Tavares left 50 percent of the residue of her estate to benefit the College of Engineering in support of a professorship in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and scholarships in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. The annual earnings are used to assist the research professor in conducting research pertaining to new materials, including writing research papers and using students to assist in such research.
