Through her estate, Josephine B. Sirmyer established this fund in 2001. Born in Hoopeston, IL, Josephine moved to Florida in 1957. She was a graduate of DePauw University in Indiana. Not only was she a 30-year member of Morton Plant Hospital Auxiliary, she was honored for gifting the facility with 20,000 volunteer hours. Josephine was also involved with the Donald Roebling Society Foundation, a community-based hospital support group also affiliated with Morton Plant Hospital. Josephine passed away in 199
