Evelyn Grader
This fund was established in 2001 by the Kenneth W. Grader Foundation, Inc., in honor of Evelyn Grader, for the purpose of supporting teaching, research and programs in the Craniofacial Center in the College of Dentistry.
Grader was a long-time resident of Polk County. She served on the board of the Children’s Home Society of Lakeland, the Cancer Society board in Bartow and was an auxiliary member at Polk General Hospital. She also received the 1991 Child Advocate Award, representing the Rose Keller Division of the Children’s Home Society. Grader passed away October 3, 2000. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1988. The couple had two daughters, Lynn Grader Johnson and Lee Grader Kleppel.
