Continuing Medical Education Endowment in Cardiology

This fund was established in 2000 to support teaching, research and academic programs in the Division of Cardiology in the College of Medicine-Jacksonville.

The mission of the University of Florida Continuing Medical Education program is to provide lifelong learning experiences for physicians that support their intentional efforts to enhance competence in patient care, medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement, interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and systems-based practice. The major target audiences for these activities are physicians practicing in the University of Florida Health System, University of Florida affiliated hospitals and communities in the state of Florida; but also include physicians from across the United States and around the world.
