A professor of economics, Dr. Edward Zabel taught at the university for 16 years. Prior to joining UF, he was a professor at the University of Rochester in New York for 23 years. Zabel was the associated editor of the business journal Management Science and served on the board of editors of Applied Economics. Earlier in his life, he served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa as an undergraduat
