This fund was established in 1997 by Lewis Donald Rushing to support professorships, faculty fellowships, graduate assistantships, career counseling, internships, course development and other programs in the Department of Finance, Insurance and Real Estate in the Warrington College of Business.
Rushing earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida in 1950. He is the chairman of the board and director of Fisher-Brown Insurance, Inc.
