This fund was established in 1997 by Richard W. and Margaret M. Cope to support the research and programs of the Kelley A. Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies.
Richard W. Cope earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Florida in 1964 and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University. He is an employee of RCM Corporation and senior consultant at Arvida Realty Services, a real estate and mortgage specialist in Longwood, FL. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
Margaret M. Cope earned a bachelor’s degree in education from UF in 1963. Margaret and Richard have two children.
