Jerome A. Connor worked with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other federal governmental agencies for over 34 years. He earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in sociology from UF in 1929 and 1931. When he passed away in 1995, his family established this endowment in his memor
