Cone, Wagner, Nugent, Hazouri & Roth Professorship

The firm Cone, Wagner, Nugent, Hazorui & Roth established this fund to provide a professorship in the Fredric G. Levin College of Law. The law firm, most recently known as Wagner & McAfee P.A., has been a generous contributor to the University of Florida.

A. Ward Wagner, Jr., is the retired president and senior partner of Wagner & McAfee. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1954, a bachelor’s in literary law in 1957 and a doctorate in 1967 from UF. Author of several books on law and the UF Foundation chairman, Wagner is a former trustee of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society and is listed in “Who’s Who in American Law.”
