Fund Purpose
The spendable income shall support need based scholarships for students with 3.50+ GPA, graduates of Dade County high schools with preference to graduates of American High School; business ethics match.

Fin Jorgensen was an active alumnus and an avid fan of the UF football team. Family members established this scholarship in his memory after he died in a plane accident while en route to the 1992 Southeastern Conference championship football game.
A native of Miami, Fla., Jorgensen attended American High School. He graduated from UF in 1987 with a degree in computer and information sciences from the Warrington College of Business. After graduating, he was employed with Arthur Andersen Consultin
