GA: support scholarships to jrs or srs in Journalism & Communications planning on entering field of advertising; Bus Ethics Match, must have 1 credit hr of Advertising Dept's ethics course and community service.
Established in 2007 by Peter C. Barr, Sr., this fund supports a Professional-in-Residence who specializes in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), with at least 10 years experience in the IMC field, and who will teach both Advertising and Public Relations students, among others, who wish to broaden their futures from the College of Journalism and Communication at UF. Due to vast changes in communications in today’s world. Peter was concerned that greater opportunities needed to be covered in students’ studies.
