Judy Lynn Prince

Ms. Prince is retired from Mobil Corp. as executive television producer, now Exxon Mobil. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and Women in Communications and past president of American Women in Radio and Television, New York City chapter. She was honored as Public Relations Woman of the Year by Women in Communications, Inc., New York City chapter and with the Alumna of Distinction Award from the UF College of Journalism and Communications, among others. She is a former member of UF’s Council on Telecommunications and has established a scholarship fund in her name at the college and is a Life Trustee of the Foundation. Ms. Prince chaired the UF Foundation’s Communications/Public Relations Advisory Council. Among other nonprofit endeavors, Ms. Prince is past president of the Smithsonian Women’s Committee (2006-08) and a member of the Smithsonian National Board. She is a board member and officer of Arena Stage; the Raoul Wallenberg Committee of the United States; Planned Parenthood of the Metropolitan Washington; the Theatre Communications Group’s national advisory council; and the Women’s Heart Board of the American Heart Association, Nation’s Capital Affiliate. She has a small citrus grove in Land O’Lakes. Adventure travel is an avocation and still photography is a passion (she is a published photographer). Ms. Prince received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from UF in 1964. She lives in Washington, D.C.
