Frank E. Bryant Memorial Scholarship Fund
GA: support endowed scholarship for College of Law based on academics & need with preference to FL resident; award to cover yearly expenses of incoming students that were recommended to Dean by the Adm Comm. Scholarship is renewable for the second/third years provided the recipient maintains a Committee-approved grade point average. (See GA)
Frank Bryant, Jr.
Mary Brigham Bryant established this endowment in memory of her husband, Frank Bryant Jr., who passed away in 1983.
Frank was from Coral Gables and loved to sail. Mary grew up in Winter Haven. The Bryants met in law school and earned their juris doctor degrees at the same time from UF shortly after World War II. After graduating from law school, the couple married and lived in Sebring, where they worked together in their law firm and raised three children.
Mary passed away in 2008.
