Fred LeSueur of Ocala, Fla., said that he attributed “a great deal of success in life and business to the lasting friendships made while at the University of Florida.” LeSueur was in the oil industry and in the restaurant business for 40 years in Williston, Fla. An extensive traveler, his trips included visits to the Mediterranean area, Brazil, Chile, Australia, New Zealand and at least 14 countries in Europe. In recognition of the enrichment he gained through his experience at UF, LeSueur provided this endowment to fund a scholarship for business majors from Marion Count
