Professor Emeritus Louis D. Cohen and his cousin, Philip Kolko, established this scholarship to honor Dr. Cohen’s two uncles, Philip and David Kolko, who were natives of Poland. The Kolko Scholarship represented the first endowed scholarship created for UF’s Center for Jewish studie
