James S. and Dorothy F. Wershow Agricultural Law Endowment

Fund Purpose
Provide two book awards, of at least $400 each, for those two students receiving the highest grades in undergraduate law courses offered in the UF/IFAS College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. The book awards will be known as the James S. and Dorothy F. Wershow Book Awards. The remainder of the annual spendable income for the fiscal year will be used to support students attending the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law by providing funding for agricultural law publication research assistance within the UF/IFAS Center for Agricultural and Natural Resource Law. When these endowed-supported students publish any agricultural law-related articles, the James S. and Dorothy F. Wershow Agricultural Law Endowment will be noted in all publications. The book awards will be known as the James S. and Dorothy F. Wershow Book Awards. The remainder of the annual spendable balance will be used to support students attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law by providing funding for agricultural law publication research assistance within the UF/IFAS Center for Agricultural and Natural Resource Law and the Food and Resource Economics Department. When these endowment-supported students publish any agricultural law-related articles, the James S. and Dorothy F. Wershow Agricultural Law Endowment will be noted in all publications.
