Francis M. Bullard Eminent Scholar Chair in Ophthalmic Sciences #1

This chair was funded by the estate of Francis M. Bullard of Jacksonville. Bullard was treated for sight problems at University of Florida’s Eye Center in the 1970s. His gift also enabled UF’s Department of Ophthalmology to establish professorships. He passed away in October 1982.
