Robert E. “Jeff” McNeill Scholarship
This scholarship was established in 1983 by the Manufacturers Hanover Foundation in memory of Robert R. “Jeff” McNeill to support a merit-based scholarship to an entering 1st year law student.
Jeff was president of the Hanover Bank in 1950 and had a key role in the 1961 merger of the bank with the Manufactures Trust Company. He was elected president of the merged institutions and became chairman and CEO in 1963.
