Parnell-Tillery Dental Scholarship

Friends and dental colleagues, Edward N. Parnell and Don E. Tillery, established this scholarship to help dental students finance their education. Dr. Tillery’s son, Don Jr., received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from UF in 1984. Dr. Parnell and his father, Edward Sr., both attended UF. Edward Sr. was the team captain for the UF football team in 1931. John E. Parnell, son of Edward Parnell, graduated from Wake Forest in 1985 and earned his graduate degree from the College of Journalism and Communications in 1993. Drs. Parnell and Tillery have been active as volunteers and are loyal Gators.
